Who is responsible

This website is operated by Eagle Page Consult, a security consultancy serving individuals and organisations across West Africa. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Eagle Page Consult. You can contact us at info@eaglepageconsult.org.

Information you give us

The assessment request form on the home page does not send your details to a server operated by this website. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email application with a pre-filled message to us, and nothing is sent until you send that email. That message can include your name, organisation, phone number, email address, type of property, location, the service you are interested in and your description of the security concern. If you instead call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to understand the site or concern you describe, and to agree a suitable way forward. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Because our work concerns security, we treat details about your premises and procedures as confidential and share them only with people who need them to help you, such as our technology partner when you ask about visitor-management technology.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not run tracking scripts. Like any website, it is delivered over the internet by a hosting and network provider (Cloudflare), which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. To display the page, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from the jsDelivr content delivery network, so those providers can see your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a reasonable record of the work we do, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@eaglepageconsult.org. You can also block third-party fonts and scripts in your browser; the site remains readable without them.

Links to other websites

This website links to visitverificator.org, which is operated by our technology partner Fraser Youth Coding, and to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are welcome on our contact page.
